Biography

Silvia Tasić focuses on corporate, commercial, real estate, labour, and aviation law, M&A, dispute resolution, project finance, and intellectual property. She has more than 14 years experience advising and assisting both international and local clients, particularly in the corporate and finance sector in the areas of regulatory law, restructuring and investment, whether day-to-day or long-term activities are in focus. Her work also involves leading and conducting due diligence, transaction and closing procedures as well as drafting transaction documents.

She worked as an in-house legal advisor for a major national airline. She also worked as attorney-at-law in law firms, which are recognised as top tier law firms nationally and internationally (The Legal 500 Croatia), advising multinational companies and financial institutions in high profile cross-border transactions. Silvia also has significant trial experience in corporate and labour matters.
